Even this time they were  trying to buy weapons until the US FBI busted 8 people trying buy surface to air missles and rifles. They are at a really weak point they have ever been. So I think that's why the government is pushing them more. It's easier to deal with a weak opponent than a strong one. If they are desparate enough the deal we get through the negotiations could favor us more than them. Just my 2 cents.I do agree that we need to send some tough negotiators to the table rather than some uneducated morons.</blockquote>
