I see few reasons, our country has a Buddhist culture so by nature we tent to give freedom (Buddhism taught how to be democratic long before it was invented), and our politicians are very weak, whole politics SUCKS! for that matter! Tamils must understand that they live in a country where more than 70% is Sinhalese Buddhists and any country works for majority NOT for minority that's the way it is, whether you like it or not! Only thing they can do is to adopt to it, they have done it in rest of the world.. so why not in Sri Lanka??And as for LTTE.. F**K them.. They are not Tamil people's savior, they are some blood & power thirsty lunatics head by the Praba the "Dick head"!!! I stand by govt. decision to attack, and pls this time DONT STOP!!! until they put down their arms.I have Tamil friends, I treat them as my buddys because we respect each others differences.. I'm sure all of us can do that, but by hurting the MAJORITY of a country wont help anybodies cause!</blockquote>
