The five men aboard the 15-foot vessel were in  good condition, he added. “We believe that the vessel was strayed off their course. The five men  aboard are now in police custody for investigation,” he said. The armed forces said a Coastguard vessel is travelling to retrieve the  vessel. Fishing within Maldivian waters is prohibited to international  fishing vessels.</blockquote>
