Message: <blockquote data-quote="lkdood" data-source="post: 9594292" data-attributes="member: 92282">A 31-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with the alleged rape of his 10-year-old daughter, police said today.  They said the alleged offence had taken place inside their ramshackle hut in the village Sinnaurani in the Batticaloa district.  According to police the suspect is alleged to have  repeatedly raped the child while other members of the family were out at  work.  The suspect was to be produced before the local Magistrate today, police said.  The victim has been sent to hospital for a medical examination, and the Batticaloa Police is conducting further investigations. <a href="http://www.sundaytimes.lk/index.php/latest/5356-man-held-for-raping-daughter" target="_blank">ST</a></blockquote>
