However, there was no exchange of blows or use of  physical force by either party.The victim nevertheless became “extremely upset” and minutes after the bickering was over, he collapsed.Efforts by people at the scene to help him failed, the court was told.A medical report attributed the death to a cardiac arrest from high  blood pressure and nervous shock, according to a report in the capital  Manama on Wednesday.The court looking into the case decided to charge the defendant with the use of violence that resulted in death. However, he challenged the charges and insisted that he did not hit or strike the victim.The court, referring to the medical report, established a direct  relation between the insults and the death, explaining that all actions  that result in a death, whether directly or indirectly, were equivalent.</blockquote>
