    Does it matter!
I wont blame him at all!!... the responsibility should be strictly born by the SL organizing committee who sent him...they should have done a test on him before letting him participate to the tournament...'coz they are totally aware of the repercussions...

At this time only Manju lets out the "truth" about a drug he had taken 6 months back....

    - wasn't the committee aware of this??
    - were they that dumb not to question about his health background?
    - or did they simply wanted to keep it hidden thinking it would go unnoticed? (That would obviously be a joke then!!)

Ok lets assume this thing as a total conspiracy... still the committee should have been mindful enough to safeguard Manju and evade humiliation, by taking the necessary measures to clear him from likely accusations such as this, before sending him to the games! Which the committee had failed to do so it seems...

the blame should go to the administration if Manju's claim is r8.
Cuz i remember listing him saying it might have been caused by a medication he took for asthma.
his medication should have been monitored by who ever responsible
and here , that protocol has not been followed
