The bureau has been told by the Minister of Tourism Achala Jagoda to foot the bill for 20,000 diaries at a cost of approximately Rs 82 Lakhs.       However Tourism Ministry secretary Goerge Micheal told Daily Mirror online he had refused to sign the relevant documents to print the diaries.
