Looks like they dont  have any idea about merchandising or MAS. I have worked more than 7 years in MAS. As a company it is still one of the best company which I have worked so far. People are friendly and facilities also good. However if your look for a merchandising opportunity then you may get work depends on the business unit your going to attach. I think it is fair since you get a higher salary. In case if your looking for a 8-5 job, then please dont apply .But culture is really good. You dont need to give anything addition to the work <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" /> (for your manager) . It is all depending on the person. I have many female friends they have very good family lifes. So it is not a concern.</p></blockquote><p></p>
