He emphasized that while some may have been involved in criminal activities, the indiscriminate loss of innocent lives underscores the urgent need for effective measures to ensure public safety.Recognizing the challenges faced by local police officers in addressing such incidents, the IGP stressed the necessity of deploying specialized units equipped with the requisite training and resources.
