I think even an old Intel GMA950 can run Windows 7.  I dont know if the installation checks for 1GB of RAM and exists if it finds even a little less. But 0.99 is almost 1GB so maybe it'll work.. Anyways, RAM is very cheap thesedays, so why not get another 1GB stick? Even if you don't install Windows 7, 2GB of RAM can help speed up Windows XP too.</blockquote>
