Not really if you know the history of this. When Air Tell first came here (though I never participated in any threads about Air tell before) our legal firm was one of the few they contacted to be their representatives in SL. From my personal experience, I know that Air Tell is a bunch of air headed assholes who got no value of the business people in this country. One of the many reasons WE also moved our selves from them and now they are employing an Indian law firm after us (whom has no damn idea of what's going on in this country and they are screwing up as well). When Air Tell first came to SL, the other mobile operators were pretty much enthusiastic and believe it or not "FRIENDLY" with them as well. Dr. Hans personally invited them for a round discussion with the other mobile operators in SL and too see a way of all having a better share in the market. but these INDIAN FUCK ASS IDIOTS refuced  .. they were too proud and too damn sure of them selves that they are going to take over Sri Lanka. When TRC of SL extended their invitation to other mobile operators to share their communications Towers with the Air tell.. THEY AGREED.. with no extra charges. So.. what did the AIR Tell did ?? THEY REFUSED AGAIN......they said "NO' because they planned to put towers in all cities. But the indian idiots got few facts very wrong before jumping their guns. 1. The Best Tele tower places in the country are already OWNED by the present mobile tele companies. 2. They cannot cover up the overhead of putting up towers as and when they want in which ever the location they wanted.. cause the present companies took nearly 10 years to build their network.. and what makes you think a new company can take over and cover the whole island in 1 year ? 3. Sri Lankan dynamic business practices.... that if you don't play NICE.. you don't get to PLAY AT ALL  so.. now the indians are fucked up pretty good and screwed up to the MAX.. (I know of personal contacts and insights I still get on a weekly basis) they are struggling to launch their network which has been putting behind schedule for nearly 2 years now. So.. at last .. they asked the Dialog / mobitel / Hutch to let them share the towers. Mobitel being a SLT subsidiary has agreed.. but Dialog and Hutch has completely turned them down. ;) Please note that together Dialog and Hutch controlls nearly 85% of the total island coverage. ! As for airtell.. from my own experiance.. I say.. BIG FARTS.. NO SHIT at all. I stand by my comments and open for any challenge of these facts from anyone who know's better or thinks they know better.
