(Currently working at a Giant ISP in the APAC region) Sorry I don't have much time to explain all the core network things in mobile communication systems. But I have played with telecommunication towers for around 1 year & a couple of years ago I was in an internship in one of the mobile service providers in SriLanka & also in a sub contractor company who do most of the maintenance tasks, coverage testings for mobile networks.
