It is said, it is a staircase of devil!</p><p></p><p>As soon as you get the turn from Badulla road, you will feel the difference; you will feel the change of the atmosphere and nature. While you emerge towards the Bambarakanda fall (i.e. Sri Lanka’s highest water fall), you are in a different world. Near this water fall, you will find one of the nice homely resting places run by a family of planters. My suggestion is to stop there in the first night and hang around the water fall. People at Bambarakanda garden’s restaurant will share their knowledge about the area and historical incidents.</p><p></p><p>Next day is the most challenging.. while you go up the hills of the misty mountains.. you will find more and more hair-pin bends that take you to the climax of the adventure.
