:nerd: you're gonna move to Nikon from Canon?

    my choice is Canon :)
    (in Point-&-Shoot world though ;) )

Mate a DSLR is a Persons Preference, I love Nikons Personally because they feel right on my hand and Nikons have Superb Metering, But Both Canon and Nikon DSLR's are compairable in image quality and speed in the same price bracket, both are awesome companies, both have Pros and Cons, Nikon has more Pedegree tho, in the olden days Pro Photographers wont even consider anything else other than a Nikon, Nikon Lenses are just fantastic, and Nikon F-Mount has the Largest collection of lenses in the Photography history (400 Lenses)

    Specs are damn cool

btw, Fallen Bro, do you think 100 ISO will be slow enough for people like you? (afaik, you are not into faster photography & don't need higher ISO eh? ;) )

LOL thats why it has a ISO range from 100-3200 and Shutter speeds of 30s to 1/4000s, thats enough for any kind of photgraphy.

machang..i dont say canon is bad..... its an awsome product... but da thing is if u wanna get da maximum out of it u hav to use the L lenses ( u knw the red line) which are very very expensive.... da low end lenses do not do a good job in terms of image qaulity, sharpness and colors. iv got the 18 - 55mm lens which is da worst...ururrrrr. i hate it.

but Nikon lenses are not like dat... their low end lenses are much better dan da canon's low end ones in terms of perfomance.....and remember its JAPANESE...

dats y i wanna move to nikon.

It cost me 79K for the Camera and another 10K for the Gear (Tripod + SD cards etc), im still looking for a good UV filter, cant find one in MC.

u should think of buying a speed light tooo bro. da on camera flash is not dat good 4 photography cos its just burst some light direct to the subject... u cant get a soft light effect...
but if u have spedlight like sb600 u can bounce the light so u will get some nice balanced pics.....
by da way did u chk on da d90 prices.... hw much is it here...in SL?

I just got it mate, I will post some picture as I capture em (If they are worth posting that is), and yeah my pocket really felt the drain, it actually cost me about 90K for the whole stuff, but this stuff are so durable i wont need another cam for atleast 5 years (its not like itll fall apart in 5 years, but i will upgrade in that time).
