You could google and look for winsock repair. this will repair and restart the your pc to original settings. I assume you are using winXP. Also try to download and scan with Malwarebytes. This will pick up most of the malware and spyware in your Windows registry. Also try to re-install your network card driver. Please let me know your outcome.
