there is surely a lock button on the pen and just try to locate it on the pen you should disable it. or else if there isnt that option just try to format it in windows

think ur flash pen or flash drive have autorun.inf file go to the google and write HOW TO REMOVE WRITE PRTECTED OR AUTORUN.INF FILES

If format not support try ds.
iF your pen drive dosen't have the lock-unclock button, then you have to do the other way...
