I don't have used any of them, except Joomla 1.0 & Joomla 1.5
and Drupal for a one minute in localhost.

So my vote goes to Joomla 1.5

PS:
another important thing is that a Joomla web can be easily used as a XHTML mobile site. (But not WML)
and seems flexible. i mean easy to make custom components without using a special markup. and lots of extensions.... etc
