I am a systems and networking major. Even I had to learn c,c++,c# & Java. This joint collaboration was affirmed at a special ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of IJSE at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH)..."Afaik, BCS is not a degree but considered equivalent to a BSc in IT.In <a href="http://www.ijse.lk/courses.jsp" target="_blank">here</a>, They say that you can apply to MSc/MBA at UoM/UoP/UoC with their graduate dip + BCS degree qualification(i.e Professional Graduate Diploma in IT).Since BCS postgrad is considered equivalent to an BSc, you are able to apply for those universities.
