It is being held on every full moon poya day at the Agrashrawaka Mahabodhi Viharaya at Colombo 10. Mahamevnawa started this programme, in response to an invitation made by Most Ven Banagala Upatissa Thero, the Chief Incumbent of the Mahabodhi Viharaya and for the convinience of Buddhists living Colombo metropolitan area. It it being jointly organized by the Colombo Bodhi-gnana Council and the Mahabodhi Viharaya.
