Most of ppl here buy properties/houses under 30 yrs mortgages. Thats ok if you plan to settle here. IT opportunities are there in Auckland. #1 is software development. Competition is really high, but there are vacancies. Recently our company also hired few React front end developers. BI jobs also available. But life is really cool, if you have a job here.
