The new R8 will go on sale at the end of 2012, with prices starting from 113,500 euro ($137,200 at the current exchange rates) for the R8 V8 coupe and from 124,800 euro ($150,800 at the current rates) for the R8 V8 Spyder.The biggest change for the new Audi R8 V8 has been made under the hood where the 4.2 FSI engine delivers a total of 430 HP at 7,900 rpm, with a torque of 317.15 lb-ft between 4,500 and 6,000 rpm.
