They are earning enough money so they pay their employees well (more than they deserve). SLT is not a freaking goverment department. There is no logic in what you say. Goverment runs with the tax money which country pays and a department like railway is mainly focusing on the lower income class and how to give them a service in someway. It's what a goverment should do.
