I’ve tried to link the original article but for some reason EK doesn’t let me to.TLDR: Apparently you’re ONLY paying for the “peak” data and “off peak” data bundle is considered “bonus” data since the network is underutilized during those hours. There seem to be a bottleneck in the existing infrastructure therefore allowing more bandwidth during peak hours seem to be a challenge without necessary upgrades.
