This is more like 'Why we are not giving you a better service'. TRCSL should not have a say in why ISPs can't provide a better service. They are there just to regulate only. This is not about making night data available for peak time. This is about giving the customers more data and if the present ISPs can't do that why not open the market to global ISPs who are willing to provide us that. Getting rid of SLT monopoly in laying physical cables will open the market for other potential ISPs.
