Therefore, Nissan Motor will suspend merger talks with Honda Motor.Nissan Motor will withdraw the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed on December 2024 regarding business integration talks, the report added.The decision was made because the two companies could not agree on the valuation of each party under a holding company.
