I repeat.. NO ONE else need or required to get any sort of permission other than that.  However, you need to be security checked from the local air port authorities or the Police (if it lands in commercial area) to board the helicopter.So.. WHICH of this Security Clearance this DEAD MAN didn't HAVE ?</blockquote>
