Praba asking to join democracy?But my personal opinion, Praba must be held responsible for his actions.. because he is the origin of terror and the leader of the whole terror organization!Pilliyan on the other hand was once just a pawn of Praba! so there's a clear cut difference between him and praba!Yes! as a part of the govt. and under the main govt. according to people's wish!
