Disconnect phn from PC & remove the memory card.Bt Dnt remove the SIM card itz need for the update process.4. Connect phn again to the PC & check for updates frm ovi suite.(OS & Software)** if there any updates for ur phn, allow them to download & install via internet**5.After completing update process, disconnect phn from PC & type *#7370# on dialer for restore factory settings for ur mobile phn.6. Ask Customer care service for ur settings. (or dial #678*4*5*2# for dialog settings) And save on ur phn.7. Restore ur personal data using ovi suite by connecting phn to pc.*** Do not restore Any of Settings.
