According to the most recent rumours, Nokia is preparing a high-end Android-powered smartphone.The report from China claims that the N9 team within the Finnish manufacturer is currently working on a Nokia Android flagship smartphone which will probably be powered by Google’s OS. Nokia already has some Android devices in its line-up (granted, forked Android). There are many questions here, which require some answers, like, for instance, the question of the Nokia branding on a smartphone made by the Finnish manufacturer – since Microsoft holds the right for the logo, Nokia could build it through other manufacturers – or the type of operating system that will power the phone (like on current Nokia devices like the X, or a stock/vanilla/tweaked variant).Until we hear more, we’ll leave you with the report itself, and remind you of the N9′s looks (though this doesn’t mean the new phone will inherit it).Update: Then again, there could be much less to read into this, as a language barrier is always present with Asian reports.
