Android platform is gaining popularity very fast and the customizations are endless, where as Maemo 5 is a totally new OS which only Nokia is supporting at the moment. Finding 3rd party apps will be difficult (which beats the whole purpose of having a smartphone in the first place). I'm also looking forward to updgrading my Phone, but my choice of Operating system is Android, if not Symbian or Windows Mobile. I'd personally never buy a smart phone with an untested uncommon platform no matter how appealing the hardware specs are.</p></blockquote><p></p>
