Intel's not happy with Nvidia's funnies. We know that the relationship between Nvidia and Intel these days is slightly adversarial. Of course, companies compete with each other on many levels all the time, and sometimes they aren't above mud slinging. Nvidia has erected a parody site called IntelsInsides that plays host to a small collection of satirical cartoons. "[The site] is satirical in nature, and attempts to have a bit of fun with what is quite a serious issue," said Bob Sherbin, Nvidia's head of corporate communications, to ExtremeTech. Sherbin was referring to Intel's alleged use of incentives for its partners to use Intel chips at the expense of AMD. "The spotlight is on them regarding this issue, and so they are a very obvious target," he said. Expectantly, Intel isn't pleased. Intel spokesman Chuck Mulloy said the representations of Intel were not accurate. "It's not cute, it's not accurate, it is Nvidia being Nvidia," Mulloy wrote. Thus far there have only been five cartoons, which have been reproduced here.
