Say: " Truly Allah leaveth, to stray, whom He will; But He guideth to Himself those who turn to Him in penitence,-He guideth to Himself those who turn to Him, Can Shatan guide some one? Im replying to you with the same verse which you Quoted..[Surah 16:93] If Allah so willed, He could make you all one people: But He leaves straying whom He pleases, and He guides whom He pleases: but ye shall certainly be called to account for all your actions.ye shall certainly be called to account for all your actions, it is your free will, but Allah Knows who will do good action accordingly he guides..in other words it is a destiny..for eg, you are a mischief still you are given a free will to know which one is correct and which is not..but still keep on doing the wrong one though you have 6senses. whom to blame ? you or Allah?[Surah 35:8] Is he, then, to whom the evil of his conduct is made alluring, so that he looks upon it as good, (equal to one who is rightly guided)? For Allah leaves to stray whom He wills, and guides whom He wills.
