Ministers come with Viharadipathi and put there names lit oil lamps and start worship.4. A lorry with blocks and cement come with a set of over 40 thugs who lift the statue and place it on a meal framed base.5. Two green colored three wheelers with a set of 20 thugs dig the ground below the base and use the blocks and cement to make the illegal construction.6. 3.5 hours in to Day 2 and everything is completed. Two statues have been now situated pawing the way for the large statue.  This is a multi-religious country! And also Buddhist statues deserve much more respect that this!
