Message: <blockquote data-quote="Opinion" data-source="post: 24036847" data-attributes="member: 567412">sri lanka is a beautiful country badly managed by politicians. even though you like sri lankan culture i dont think your children will have a good future in sri lanka. rupee is falling against dollar and inflation rising sky high. why do you want to contribute your hard earned money to corrupt politicians who keep wasting your countries money and asserts ? i am not sure whether they will leave a good future for your children. majority of sri lankans vote for actors , sportsmen , models , singers , gangsters , etc. they only think about their personal benefits when it comes to voting. they will vote for any politician if the politician guarantees them a salary hike or a good occupation. do you really think your choice will succeed when you're surrounded by people with this kind of mentality ? look at the status of sri lankan passport. sri lankan passport is one of the worst passports in the world. your children will lose their travel freedom having a hard time in this open air prison island. imagine your children waiting for visa in embassies. they will be asked to show their asserts , bank balance , sponsor , etc just to get a vist visa for their holiday. they will be interviewed as well. who the hell wants to sit for an interview to get a visit visa ? try asking your friends in the western world whether they like to get interviewed to get a visit visa ?  sri lanka is running out of sweat shop factory workers and women who wash plates in the middle east. what kind of pride we have being a sri lankan when our women clean toilets in the middle east. they're doing a hard work to keep this country running. we should actually protect them instead of sending them abroad for forigen exchange </blockquote>
