He said terrorist bomb attacks would not change Pakistan's thinking and he would like to tell the terrorists that they cannot frighten Pakistan or change its policies. The High Commissioner said he had informed Pakistan's Prime Minister of Monday's attempt on his life by the LTTE and the Premier had strongly condemned the act.</blockquote>
