His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Upon the father is the mothers’ provision and their clothing according to what is acceptable. No person is charged with more than his capacity. No mother should be harmed through her child, and no father through his child. And upon the [father's] heir is [a duty] like that [of the father]. And if they both desire weaning through mutual consent from both of them and consultation, there is no blame upon either of them. And if you wish to have your children nursed by a substitute, there is no blame upon you as long as you give payment according to what is acceptable. And fear Allah and know that Allah is Seeing of what you do.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #414B52"><span style="font-size: 15px"> <strong>Surat Al-Baqarah 2:233</strong></span></span></p><p> <span style="color: #414B52"> <span style="font-size: 15px">And for all, We have made heirs to what is left by parents and relatives. And to those whom your oaths have bound [to you] – give them their share. Indeed Allah is ever, over all things, a Witness.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #414B52"><span style="font-size: 15px"><strong>Surat An-Nisa 4:33</strong></span></span></p><p> <span style="color: #414B52"> <span style="font-size: 15px">Say, “Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children out of poverty; We will provide for you and them. And do not approach immoralities – what is apparent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason.”</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #414B52"><span style="font-size: 15px"> <strong>Surat Al-An’am 6:151</strong></span></span></p><p> <span style="color: #414B52"> <span style="font-size: 15px">And when they entered upon Joseph, he took his parents to himself and said, “Enter Egypt, Allah willing, safe [and secure].”</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #414B52"><span style="font-size: 15px"><strong>Surat Yusuf 12:99</strong></span></span></p><p> <span style="color: #414B52"> <span style="font-size: 15px">And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], “uff,” and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, “My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small.”</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #414B52"><span style="font-size: 15px"> <strong>Surat Al-Isra 17:23-24</strong></span></span></p><p> <span style="color: #414B52"> <span style="font-size: 15px">And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #414B52"><span style="font-size: 15px"> <strong>Surat Ankabut 29:8</strong></span></span></p><p> <span style="color: #414B52"> <span style="font-size: 15px">But one who says to his parents, “Uff to you; do you promise me that I will be brought forth [from the earth] when generations before me have already passed on [into oblivion]?” while they call to Allah for help [and to their son], “Woe to you! Believe! Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth.” But he says, “This is not but legends of the former people” -</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #414B52"><span style="font-size: 15px"> <strong>Surat Al-Ahqaf 46:17</strong></span></span></p><p> <span style="color: #414B52"> <span style="font-size: 15px">My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women.
