The All Countries extension validity, was countersigned by an officer with another seal "Competent Authority". I have traveled all over Europe and the US without any drama. Also when I was in the Middle East, the SL consulates there issued All country passports using a similar endorsement, because sometimes they do not have enough stocks. This is nothing new and has been a regular and a common practice.</p></blockquote><p></p>
