Fill the application and upload all relevant documents , It gives you a reference number to pay at nearest BOC branch as well as it ask you to select place to give fingerprints ,my suggestion is to go to nearest regional office , Head office is still very crowded5 Online payment options doesn't work , You have to physically go to branch ( 5000 for normal service 14 days , 15000 for urgent service 3 days after fingerprints6 In bank get a normal deposite slip and write refference number in Account number field deposit money ,once done you will get a messege from imigration for Finger Prints7. Go to the place with your previous Passport ( if Any ) and with NIC and give finger prints ...they will give you a form to sign to get the signature scanned8. then all done .....They will send you urgent service by courier or Normal service by normal post</blockquote>
