Paypal transactions are available in most countries but some, including Sri Lanka are yet to allow payments to be received and withdrawn via Paypal. Sri Lanka has already freed outward payments by Paypal accounts, which can be linked to credit cards. But unfortunately, a service or product oriented business cannot be run from Sri Lanka since there is no option to receive payment. This doesn’t make much sense really.</p><p> </p><p>You’d expect that currency coming into the country would be a good thing. There’s a growing micro-work workforce in many Asian countries.
