Get a decent mobo, and overclock the heck out of it. 3GHz isn't hard. ~8000 for the CPU, ~9000-10000 for the mobo and 5000-6000 for the 2GB RAM and whaever else for the VGA and you have a cheap system that can smoke an AMD in any game!
