I have about 30 odd Toshiba e-Studios, mostly the 3500s and 4500s. Also had a 255 discarded early year after using for nearly 6 years, two 256s and a 356 (smaller ones due to space constraints). Never had any software bugs. There were one or two internal HDD failures which needed the entire software rebuild.Also have another 10 Nos Canon Image Runner IR5500 Advanced MFCs. Both Toshibas & the Canons are quite reliable. Of course you need to change drums and parts that wear away. (also some parts tend to break when users pull away really jammed paper without calling the IT staff for help)Both 255 and 256 are obsolete products really.</blockquote>
