It offers fully featured leave managing solution for both employees and employers.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 12px">Existing situation</span></strong></p><p></p><p>At present, they use paper leave slips to apply for leaves. Managers and Directors have to sign the slips in order to complete the applied leaves. HR department keep & maintain data in a spreadsheet application. The problems identified in the existing system are:</p><p></p><p></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Employees have to manually fill the slips and apply for leaves before or after they get the leave unless their salaries will be deducted end of the month.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Employees need to go to the manager individually with leave slips to get approvals.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">HR department needs to be follow up manually with all the paper slips.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Employees cannot check their available leaves for a specific period; whenever they want they need to check it from HR department manually.</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 12px">Objectives</span></strong></p><p></p><p>The organization realizes the need of ease of an automated solution which could minimize above mentioned problems to a greater extent.
