Because, they know that it is a purposeless act even if the unwise screams for proving first beyond doubts. Instead, they see that the act of the unwise is foolish. Buddhism has never been in the past, is not at present, and would not be in future a science that firstly proves the existence of rebirth and the existence of those who sense and see the rebirth to the freshers, to convince them to follow The Eightfold Path revealed by the Lord Buddha. Instead, it has been in the past, is at present, and will be in future the supreme science that assists the followers to gradually move themselves to the state where The Four Noble Truths, which include the rebirth, are completely proved by the followers individually to themselves, with no uncertainties remained.  Sorry mate, I myself, other Buddhists or anyone else will not be able to prove the existence of rebirth to you in a way where no uncertainties would remain, as the first step, in a process that leads you to have no uncertainties. While the prior steps of correct reasoning will converge you gradually to accept the existence of rebirth and the doubts about the rebirth diminish gradually, the rebirth will crisply be proved to you, by yourself, only after you sense and see the rebirth for yourself. The ability to sense and see the rebirth is different from the ability to reason. So, that ability needs to be grown via means meant for that. Also, even at that state a person will have some doubtful areas due to the illusion so should not be fully trusted as it is without further action. The end of the proving process is reached, where no uncertainties would remain, once a person completes the full comprehension of The Four Noble Truths. There, the end is characterized by the person realizing that what had to be done was done, no further action is needed in this regard.Skylark</blockquote>
