She got through      her Ordinary Level with 10 A s & now studying for her Advanced Level      in Mathematics scheme.      Unfortunately she is suffering from a heart problem and needs urgent      implantation of an ICD (SIM-Atlas VR+) to prevent sudden cardiac      death due to recurrent attacks of ventricular tachycardia. Medical      costs are extremely expensive .The cost of the ICD is Rs. 1,230,000(      Rs.1.23 million).      We are seeking help, on this as we are incapable of finding the funds      on our own. We have opened an account for her on this matter at      Sampath Bank, Borella Branch- A/C 1004 5310 0081.
