Registration is a simple task and if you buy a gray-imported device from LKA, there's a chance of it becoming unusable in Sri Lanka (as stated by TRCSL) because the device has bypassed the TRCSL verification/registration process.I'm not sure whether they allow you to register devices bought from local gray-markets.Also, adding the DHL fee does not exceed the prices as much as you may think. For me, it cost about Rs. 12,000 additionally for the device (including the customs fees).</blockquote>
