I think the best example is Airtel. everybody might aware how many treads to market Airtel on elakiri before it launch. how people were expected it to be. just see the reality. just compare the quality of service they can provide with the given tariffs. people who promotes lower tariffs thinks they the people only aware about that. They believe the others who are not using the cheapest is not aware about it.
