This thread itself is a good example for that and I'd like to point out few posts <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/P.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":P" title=":P    :P" data-shortname=":P" /> But I must say this; I don't have any J <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/P.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":P" title=":P    :P" data-shortname=":P" /> or private issue or anythng with these members.etc.. etc..Although the main reason for my deaprture from Elakiri temporarily was my studies (Not A/L <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/P.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":P" title=":P    :P" data-shortname=":P" />) there were few issues by which my mind was thoroughly affected.1. Loads of spammers and abusing the members in open forums (Mostly in chat threads)2. Treating the members in different ways by the admins (LICH) and abusing them 3. The series of incidents happened during the game "ELAKIRI KAMBA EDEEMA" 4. Extremism5. ChiraaI don't like to talk further about these issues since they are already known and well explained by X-pert, Rash and Malinga and other members though I like to add somethng as follows:GT, As we all know we can't find faultless people in a society or in a community.  But if someone made a mistake or accidentely<img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/baffled.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":baffled:" title="Baffled    :baffled:" data-shortname=":baffled:" />  abuse somone intentionally or unintentionally as human beings he/she must apologize.  In this case personally I feel Lich has to do so. No futher comments on thatThen about the Chiraa's matter, Machan GT, you could have taken a diffrent way to solve that matter without putting posts in open forums. Because anyone can fish<img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/baffled.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":baffled:" title="Baffled    :baffled:" data-shortname=":baffled:" />  any IP add. and can give us a wrong image that it was Chiraa... And the othe thing and the pathetic side of chiraa's matter was some members were acting like ADMINS..
