Kasak was pregnant but she miscarried. Kasak killed Shravan and Tanisha's unborn child so she could get Shravan back as she became their surrogate mother. When Shravan finds out that Kasak was responsible for death of his child, he accidentally pushed Kasak, and she falls, causing her to go in early labor.
