We can improve hostel capacity and standards in available universities since all of the students learning on a loan.As time goes universities can run by them self from loan paying students. No need of fund arrangements from government.Universities will get their own funds with this systems. So there will be nothing like government or private. All universities will try hard to get their rank up to attract students.No more low payments for lectures, better facilities. And no more lazy unupdated university lectures too.</blockquote>
