It's them who can't control their minds, whether the women are showing their bodies with bad intention or not. So, rather than trying to control women, men should strive to control their own minds.Or, if they can't tame their minds, there's a much easier option: since covering a woman's whole body requires a lot of clothes-which is expensive- and even then there'll be women belonging in other cultures who will not cover like that, it'll be much more convenient and cheap for men who think like this to cover their eyes.
